Like all other right thinking Malaysians, I wish to register my protest with the barisan government for spending the astronomical sum of 100 million dollars just to send a Malaysian tourist to space. In my opinion, this is absolutely criminal. This huge amount of money could have been better spent by subsidizing food prices, petroleum and toll hikes and providing better health care for all Malaysians. It has come to my attention that this space adventure is the brain-child of ex premier mahathir, and the present administration has chosen to carry out his legacy. To add insult to injury, I believe that the barisan government will be sending another malaysian space tourist into space next year, thus throwing another 100 million dollars of taxpayer's money down the drain. I think that as loyal citizens of the country, we should speak out with regards to the wastage of public funds, and that these funds should be put to better use to benefit us all Malaysians.Anyway, to help bring about a better Malaysia, I will be creating history of sorts by being the first blind individual to join an opposition political party i.e. the democratic action party this coming Sunday, the 14th of this month at the service centre of Teresa Kok, the MP for Seputeh. As a member of the DAP, I promise to campaign tirelessly to bring about the change that we all deserve and desire. So my dear Malaysians, please vote wisely during the forthcoming general elections as change has been long overdue.
